We've had multiple policies with AAMI for years but have never had to make a claim before. Then we had an accident and our car needed to be repaired. AAMI told us it would take 3 days. 26 days later and we still don't have our car back. Their website says it usually takes 7-10 days.

My daughter is learning acrodance here. The teachers are great - they're friendly, knowledgable, and good with the kids. The classes are great value too.

The food here is such good value. I love the cheese pies, the pizzas and all the fresh dips, breads, nuts, etc. Our family of four can have lunch and spend around $15! A great place to find special, unusual treats like Persian fairy floss.

I go here for things I can't find elsewhere - special cakes and deli meats, little bottles of pear juice that my kids love. The coffee is great and the staff are really friendly. You get a real feeling of community here.

Great coffee. Great food. Great service. Lovely atmosphere. Blackboard and chalk to keep kids entertained. I go there several times a week for a coffee or for lunch.

We get milk, bread, eggs etc delivered twice a week. The quality is great and it's so easy to wake up and find the cool bag on the doorstep full of fresh food. Customer service is always friendly and helpful. A brilliant service and especially good for people who don't own a car.

A staff member yelled at my daughter and made her cry because she went into the aquarium area without me and tapped on the glass of the fish tanks. I admit my daughter was doing the wrong thing and I didn't see the supposedly "big" sign about the aquarium rules (it was actually an A4 sheet of paper) that said kids shouldn't go in without an adult. BUT how about treating customers, even 6-year-old customers with a bit of respect. There's no need to yell. How about a gentle reminder that fish can be scared or something! Use it as a chance to teach a child how to treat the fish instead of making her so upset she cries. I'll never shop here again. There are plenty of other pet supplies places locally that I can go to instead and they welcome children.
