Unfortunately, this is the second time I have damaged my lovely car what's worse it was my fault. When it happened I immediately thought of four years ago, the first time I had experienced the wonderful service of Supertek Collision Repairs. My first thought was whether the same team led by Terry Carpenter were still there. If I was going to damage my car it would have to be repaired by Terry's team.
I was relieved to find that in fact they were all still there and I was welcomed like a long lost brother and was almost happy I had damaged my car. It even crossed my mind that they may repair my car for free if they loved me so much.
Needless to say my car was repaired beautifully and just like last time ready on time and for a very reasonable price. I'm "almost" looking forward to my next very slight accident!
In fact I was going to encourage all of you Melbournians out there just to go out and have a very small accident just so you can take your car to Supertek and see for yourselves what a great experience it is!
On second thoughts don't do that because I won't be able to get mine done because the queue will be so long!

Picked up my car, looked great. You'd never know it had been repaired. They did a great job. Terry was great to deal with.

I'm really impressed with the quality of the work on my corolla with great colour matching to the original duco. The car came back really clean and I later noticed they even restored and polished my headlights. Terry is friendly and professional with even the offer to the drop me off to the nearest tram stop.

Terry was fantastic. The team at Super-Tek did a fantastic repair job on our Hyundai Elantra, it looks brand new! The job was done on time and we even had a hire car for the duration given to us by the company, as we only have one car. Highly recommend these guys.

Would HIGHLY recommend. I just got my car back after Super Tek Collision Repairs repaired my car for the second time and I wouldn't go anywhere else! Yet again they did an immaculate repair, let me borrow one of their courtesy cars and did it in a short turn around. Unfortunately I am not able to comment on the actual work of the Super Tek panel beaters. I didn't get past the obnoxious "Managing Director". After providing a overly dramatic reaction to my minor panel damage, he took lots of photos and then promised to send me a quote on the same day. Still waiting ... 5 days later.
