Unfortunately, this is the second time I have damaged my lovely car what's worse it was my fault. When it happened I immediately thought of four years ago, the first time I had experienced the wonderful service of Supertek Collision Repairs. My first thought was whether the same team led by Terry Carpenter were still there. If I was going to damage my car it would have to be repaired by Terry's team.
I was relieved to find that in fact they were all still there and I was welcomed like a long lost brother and was almost happy I had damaged my car. It even crossed my mind that they may repair my car for free if they loved me so much.
Needless to say my car was repaired beautifully and just like last time ready on time and for a very reasonable price. I'm "almost" looking forward to my next very slight accident!
In fact I was going to encourage all of you Melbournians out there just to go out and have a very small accident just so you can take your car to Supertek and see for yourselves what a great experience it is!
On second thoughts don't do that because I won't be able to get mine done because the queue will be so long!

The service was great. They had one of the mechanics sick and therefore the job took a couple of days longer but they keep me informed on the progress. Great finish.

Super Tek repaired my car to the highest standard and the colour match on the metallic paint was first class. Also Terry managed the repair in a very professional manner. I would recommend Super Tek to anyone. JP

Here you will find a guy called Terry. OMG what a great bloke. I've known Terry now for over 5 years and i wouldn't go to any other repair team. Ben and the whole team are leading experts in perfection no matter what job is in front of them. Extremely satisfied customer and have never ever experienced this quality of care, work done and customer relations. Can't say enough...Can't beat this team for repair of your car anywhere. Laran (obsessed with cars)..Thank you Terry (and Rosy, get that dog) LOL...

They where keen to get job in then it was there for 2 months and job wasn't up to standard now taking it elsewhere
