Can't even call this a cleaning service, more like slave labour. The poor lady they have cleaning for them works 12 hours a day, doesn't get paid if people complain and has to use all her own supplies. No wonder the floors and carpets are just washed with water and things are wiped with a dirty cloth. Shame shame shame on this company! The job was done for my mother and her and I had to spend a further 3+hours cleaning the house after the cleaner left.

I am unsure where you have received your information but it is false, Superb cleaners do not work more than 6 hours per day. When the concern was raised pictures were requested, your mother advised she didn't have any, she was then offered a re-clean as early as possible and she advised that was making the complaint following rectifying the clean herself.
We have pictures, many of them in fact including photos of the hole that was put in the wall by your cleaner. We did take the offer of a reclean and yet we were still left to clean the place ourselves.....
