I used this Company a few months ago and they were absolutely terrible. I received an email 2 days before the move, telling me all was on schedule. 1 hour after they were due I got tired of waiting and called them. They said "oh, I thought we'd already collected your belongings". A truck arrived 2 hours later and 2 guys proceeded to move my belongings. They clearly had no idea what they were doing. They managed to put a big dent and scratch in my nearly new fridge/freezer. They carried my mattress out of the house and got tired so just put it down on the floor, then into the truck with no wrapping at all. I had to watch them closely as they had no idea how to handle furniture. When they'd finished they couldn't put my computer desk on the truck as the truck was full and they said the desk wasn't on the Menifest. I pulled up a copy of the manifest and showed it to them. They then said "that's not a computer desk, it's a table" it was a computer desk. I had to leave it behind. When I called themy a few weeks later to arrange delivery as I had rented a house, they told me they would be there the following Monday. I called them Monday morning to confirm and they had no idea what I was talking about and said it won't arrive until the following Thursday. It arrived the following Thursday at 8pm and they wouldn't unload until I had paid them the balance. They had added $400 for an extra 4 boxes that weren't on the manifest. Finally everything was off the truck and in the house. I don't know where they stored my belongings (at $150 per week) but I'm guessing it was a cave because everything was filthy! Not a bit dirty, but filthy! They damaged my wall carrying a chest of draws upstairs ( there's a $25 charge if they have to do stairs!) I would NOT recommend these people to anyone! The most useless Company EVER!! I would rather pay double and use professionals. I only gave them one star as you have to give them a rating to publish here! Actual rating is minus 5 Stars

Made moving an easy process and provided a very professional service. I have young children and a picky wife moving is stressful but they took away alot of the hassle when it came to transporting furniture to our new home and put my wife's mind at ease. Highly recommend.

Couldn't recommend this company enough used them recently for my big move and they were wonderful. The staff where friendly, they were punctual and all my furniture arrived at my new home in perfect condition really made the moving so much easier than I expected. Will definitely use again in the future if I move again!

Great value for money! SuperCheap gave us a competitive quote straight away and we found the booking process to be nice and easy. I particularly liked that there were no hidden fees and what we were quoted is what we paid. The guys that came out were really helpful and moved our stuff with the greatest of care. Nothing was too much trouble. If you're looking to move I would suggest asking SuperCheap Interstate Removals for a quote... You'll be just as impressed as we were!
