I found Super Cheap Interstate true to their name. The gave me the best price out of a number of quotes that I received. They arrived on time and everything was packed with care. Everything arrived in pristine condition at my new place was unloaded with the same care. I would recommend them to all.

They was not on time (came at 9pm) and didn't take a half of furniture saying they don't have space. All goods that was taken got damaged badly. All plastic boxes are broken and paper boxes are squashed and wet. The dining table is damaged, the washing machine is scratched and the new fridge has a big dent. I WOULD RECOMEND TO STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!

The first day items were arranged to be collected, they didn't arrive, however, arrived the following morning very late. They did not arrive on the day the items were to be delivered, another day was arranged one week later, they did not arrive. I then took another day off work expecting them to arrive hoping third time lucky and again the movers did not arrive. The fourth time we arranged a date (by this time I was very unhappy), they finally delivered the furniture.
They did not provide legitimate reasons as to why they did not arrive then tried to charge me for storage despite them having delayed me by three weeks.
I should have done my due diligence because you only need to look at their website and see the multiple grammatical errors and unfinished page. Unfortunately, I used this company in haste rather than doing my research because I needed the items delivered urgently, which was a waste of time because they were delivered three weeks later.
Rebecca: I think your best bet would be to take it into your own hands. They broke one of my dining chairs and I told the movers I wasnt paying it until they had sorted out their insurance. The office said its fine, just pay $50 less. The movers said thats not fair because it comes out of their pocket and they have been working so hard. I said that the incident was avoidable and shouldnt be using my dining chair as a stepping stool.
If you have a big, strong friend - I suggest you use him. Theyll find your things quick smart
Hello Rebecca - chase-n is right. I tried contacting them on a number of occasions, however that was hopeless. So I contacted my bank, as the moving company had deducted money from my credit card, and told the bank they processed a transaction for services which they did not deliver, and did so fraudulently. Which technically was correct given they did not deliver the service they set out to do. The bank refunded all my money which would have been deducted from Interstate Removals account. Interstate removal tried to contact me on several occasions, so I did exactly what they did to me, ignore them, eventually blocking their phone number. By the way, ignore all the positive reviews, because they would be posted by Interstate themselves. Majority of the reviews before the positive ones were posted were negative. They are obviously trying to increase their rating. This company is the most unprofessional company that I have dealt with - I also consider them frauds!
Has anybody managed to get anything back for the missing, damaged items. We also had problems with the company. TV and antique table top were missing, items were damaged and we gained a shoe and a basket. We are trying to make a claim against them but they deny responsibility and we are looking to legal help and even they cannot find an active company. Looking for a name and the company's ACN number. This company is the most unprofessional company that I have dealt with - I also consider them frauds!

WARNING - DO NOT USE
They picked all my belongings up and lost over $7000.00 worth of belongings. there excuse was they never picked it up!! (They Did)
They also damaged my TV Cabinet, Coffee Table and smashed all my framed pictures (10).
They also took 3 months to deliver.

I wasn't co.pensated they flat out lies and said they never picked it up!! So angry and dissapointed .

I booked one week in advance. All confirmed and paid. Without 24 hours notice, they called and cancelled without explanation. As a result, I have to book another company with double price. [redacted inflammatory comment]
Thanks to SuperCheap Interstate to make this move hassle free. The boys were Quick and careful with all our stuff.
