I highly recommend this vets. My golden retriever was poorly, we took her in early in the morning and she was seen so quickly. We we’re updated every couple of hours and we were even sent photos of our dog. Amazing vet and vet nurses! We won’t be going anywhere else!

In March was told my cat had a lump in his throat. Two days they did all tests put him under then said there was no lump. Fast forward to November and was told issue with tooth possible extraction and possible biopsy. Find the next day they did both but told that they weren’t sure if the tooth actually needed to be removed but did it anyway because at least they won’t have to put him under again if it needs to be down the track and cats do well without a tooth. No idea what they’re doing, not at all compassionate. Ambushed by one the vets on my way out who suggested I shouldn’t have spoken with their vet nurse and that things from March to November can change. These were separate apparent issues. I have zero confidence in any of the Dr’s I have seen at this veterinary. Will not make the mistake of returning.

All about the money and selling Royal Canin. Doesn’t seem to matter what you’re there for but it’ll cost $850. If you don’t have it pre-admission don’t bother. They’ll charge you for consult and send you away. Super Expensive!

Took Gobi, our 5 year old Golden Retriever there 2.30PM Sunday as he was vomiting and had the runs. They talked us into keeping him overnight and charged us $550 deposit. Around midnight they called to say he had run away whilst they were walking him. 2 hours later around 2am I found him. Covered in blood curled up on the nature strip 2km's away from Super Vet.
We took him back to SupaVet where he was washed, then we took him home. At there suggestion.
We were told they would call us at 8.30am to see how he was going - 11.00 AM AND NO ONE HAS CALLED.
We took him to another Vet as he was still sick. They called SuperVets to get his bloods - they said they could not find any record of him yet they charged us for Bloods.
NEVER AGAIN - incompetent.

Spent majority of consult trying to sell product. Quoted an outrageous figure to have my dogs very small lump removed. Now I have to pay another consultation fee for a local vet to start the process again and hopefully find a more agreeable quote.

Very attentive. But felt it was quite a hard sell from the start of the consult. Wanted to treat quite agressively and expensively ,when the dogs history suggested previous similar illness was succesfully treated at home conservatively. Very welcoming staff but the vet was all out for filling a hospital space and doing a batch of tests.

Service above and beyond from all the staff at Supervets Manly! Our dog Opal was very sick recently and admitted late on a Saturday night to their hospital. We received 2 phone calls through the night just to update us on her condition and a 3rd early Sunday morning. Opal had a fairly long recovery and Supervets kept in touch with us advising and helping with her at home too! She is a shy and timid dog but just loves Dr Anthony when he comes to our home to see her for check ups!!!!! We could not have asked for better service. We have found all the staff we have dealt with to be truly dedicated and exceptional people.

I was drawn to this business because they dont charge a call out fee for a house visit-that we always need for our stressed out persian. We were so happy with the care that was given by Anthony and also the knowledge he had. We are now more then happy to switch vets knowing that our furry kids are in good hands and we dont have to re-finance the house for an appointment!

I love SuperVets. I love the concept of home visits.
It saves my cats being stressed by capturing, confining and transporting them in a cage in the car. Now that I have experienced the home visits from SuperVets, I will never go back to taking my cats to a regular veterinary hospital again.
When Mary Jane or Isabella get sick or injured, they don't have to be exposed to the smells and sounds of other animals in a busy Vet Waiting Room for an unknown period of time. They can be treated here at home, in the comfort and familiarity of their own surroundings. The Super Vets, Doctors Anthony, Ray and Ashley, are friendly and outgoing and approachable. They know my cats personally now, and are very interested in their well-being. Nothing is too much trouble! They explain everything. They are responsive to my calls, and they will pop around to the house if I have any concerns. The SuperVets team are really passionate about delivering a great service my cats and to me. Customer service is high on their list of priorities. How refreshing! They are brilliant! - Linda

My little dog was giving birth and we thought there was still one stuck inside. Although Supervets specialises in home consultations we had to take my dog in for an X-ray. Dr Ray was extremely thorough, professional, friendly and updated us well along the way. The Vet nurse Tracy was also wonderful and made us feel very comfortable while we waited.
Would definitely recommend this Vet practice.
