Supportive Therapy

I have been to so many counsellors in the past and they have not been as understanding and as knowledgeable as Elana. Everything I have spoken to her about she has found an answer to and helped me so much, and tells me about how important the science is that I have to get it. Do yourself a favour and book in, will change your life

We attended a group information session that our daycare provided, I wish this was taught to every parent, has made such a difference. She was really relaxed and taught it in a way that I enjoyed.

Would def recommend, easy to talk to and makes things seem normal. I've told my mates about her (I saw elina) and now they see her too
