Worst experience in the world!

Charged me $4500 labour to install my ducted split system. They damaged my roof and put their foot through my ceiling. They also disconnected my garage wiring to wire up the ducted split system.

The wiring then caught in fire in the roof, the outside unit had 240volt live running through the outside case which could've killed my 4 children or 2 dogs if they had touch it.

And to top it all off the unit only ever works for 6 weeks before it dies and needs repairs again.

Do yourself a favour and pay a little more elsewhere and get a professional job, not a job from a guy who has no clue or qualifications and just sub contracts the work out to below par installers.

The experience was so bad no one could even make this story up! To this day it still doesn't work and I have to use a reverse cycle box aircon in the window.

Stay away! Your family's lives and your house may depend on it!

Niro came to our house at just 2 hours notice to fix our air conditioner on a Saturday. When every other business we rang gave us a minimum of two weeks lead time, or didn't even bother to answer their phones, Niro came to our rescue. Niro came on a 42 degree day, and on time!!!
He fixed the motor and refilled it with gas. I'm still pinching myself because I thought this kind of service didn't exist anymore. All I can say is WOW and thank you Sure Freeze!!!

Sure Freeze came out to review my Brivis ducted heater, Saliya provided excellent and prompt service by coming out to the house the following day. It was a pleasure to deal with Sal. Sure Freeze were reasonably priced and Sal repaired the ducted heater on the spot as he carried a vast amount of spare parts with him. I would definitely recommend Sure Freeze to others with heating problems and I will definitely be in contact with Sal for any future heating or cooling work required.
