Short/no effective communication on the phone despite ringing for advice/recommendation/info on returns & stock, just interested in pushing everything online. Peddles stock which is being discontinued without passing on it is a discontinued line. Price point was higher then other retailers, only purchased because of immediate availability. Many better retailers out there, would rank them at the bottom of the retailers in the surf/aquatic sector, wont purchase again here, product is fine, the service & culture is disappointing.

Very sorry to hear of your bad experience Geoff. We are only a reseller to the BB Talkin Walkie Talkie products and the importer closed down without giving us any notice. To give us a bad review at no fault of ours I think it is extremely unfair. We have been in the industry for over 15 years and we will continue to assist any customers with any enquiries or warranty issues and direct all enquiries to the BBTalkin Head Office in the States. We resell over 2000 products at our shop and over the last year so many of our suppliers have closed down because of the Covid effect. I hope you understand and we will continue to strive and try our hardest to serve our customers.

GREAT service! I flew down from North QLD to Brisbane to pick up a great deal on an ex-demo kite, saving about 70% off the cost of a new kite. Everything came with a warranty and they offered a complementary lesson with my purchase. The staff here are fantastic and are very safety conscious - all students are given equipment to use (you can hire kites and board too), but for the lesson students are supplied with water, an impact vest and a helmet with inbuilt radio communication. Best safety service I've seen compared to other places. Staff are friendly and they have a great range of equipment and expertise. If you're an avid kite-boarding fan, or looking to learn - would highly recommend these guys.
