they make delicious sushi, a lot variety and fresh ingredient. Customer service is great too. Highly recommended .

Don't let the generic shop front fool you, this is 5 star fresh Japanese food that challenges the top end snooty high priced restaurants.

I reckon that this Japanese shop stands out from other sushi take away cafes in Melbourne. The fish is always fresh, it is clean and professional, and the owner (Joe) is always there making sure that his sushi is served fresh and delicious every time! The menu is great, and the sushi is really different from the ones you get at shopping center's food court!

I guarantee you will not get fresher sushi or more generous pieces of fish, rather than just rice on your sushi anywhere in Australia... I am serious now!! They are a top shelf operation however they don't offer sashimi unless you ask for it which I think is weird.. I'll put it this way, you know when you are so good, that you don't need to try at all, that's where this mob is at....literally!!

You won't find better Sushi anywhere in Melbourne - and it's just Sushi that Joe makes. Besides a delicious Miso soup, there isn't any hot food on the menu. But if sushi is your thing, you just have to try this place.
