The cashier was rude and they didn't have the cash only sign up so we were inconvenienced by going to grab cash and considering we are regulars at te redbank store and they have eftpos (redbank are awesome) it was disappointing to have such poor service when we get such great service at the redbank one.

I gave this place a 5star review over a year ago but sadly I have to say I am very disappointed with my recent visits. I have found that their cutting down the filling they put into their sushi - the last 2-3 mouthfuls are just rice and seaweed - I hate places that try to get away with not putting stuffing in the end of a sushi roll and sadly this place has become one of them :( The food is still fresh but it's definitely overpriced now with their reduced quantity of serving. Very disappointed!

You can find Sushi paradise in the middle of Sunnybank Plaza foodcourt. Unlike other sushi takeaways that use machine to roll up sushi or transport pre-made sushi to the store, they actually do everything on-site. You can easily spot the kitchen/work bench behind the counter - they always have 3-4 girls cooking rice and rolling sushi. They even have a sign that tells customer their sushi making time to ensure freshness. I see many nearby office workers buy their lunch here. I love all the sushi there (except the Karage chicken) my favourite being the lobster salad,.
