Thanku for the lovely service of my mum ( Margaret Briggs) today 10/4/15.
Myself, my children and her great grandkids will miss there nanna dearly.
Two of my Mums beautiful great granddaughters Mia & Ella who are only 6 & 8 wrote a little letter to my mum saying we will miss you nanna ...It is so beautiful when little ones can express them selves.

I felt supported, respected and the service was dignified and complete. I didn't have to do everything myself. Esther included everything in the cost of the funeral, which is so rare in this industry.

Esther, from Swanborough funeral was amazing when l lost my Mum in April this year. She was so warm and caring and a wonderful listener which was important to me at the time. Very professionally handled. Brian and Esther handled the shipping to Melbourne l had nothing to worry about it was all taken care of. They even gave me split Ashes in a lovely white box handed in a pretty purple velvet material bag. When my time arrives to continue on my journey Mum and me will have plots together. Esther and Brian, Jeremy and Kingsley were everything I would have asked for at the death of my mother. Compassionate, efficient, competent, they respected everything we said we wanted and it all happened so smoothly.

My mother passed away suddenly, and was absolutely devastated!! Brian and Esther were brilliant! Never organised a funeral before, and wanted mum to have the best send off! And she did!

They were very professional and experienced, explained the process and most important followed up and did exactly what they said. Took a great deal of stress of all family members Completed in a diligent professional and "easy" manner
