Just a note to say that I was impressed with the response time & being kept up to date on the progress of the job. I would recommend Swan's Complete Plumbing.

I had a dodgy water heater in my old rental home. The real estate rang these guys to come and rectify the situation. The young man was polite and friendly, he also kept me informed as to what the problem was. On this particular occasion, i was extremely please with the job at hand.

Swan plumbing came to install my new heater, took it apart and tested it, did a pressure test on my gas line and checked my ventilation. A thorough job. Very professional and on time!

Approximate cost: $100

Not too impressed with this service. I called to book a time and it was confirmed and then I was told it was moved to 3 days later. I managed to find another plumber to do the work. Also I called them around 7:30 PM on a weekday, no one answered the phone.
