I went here to find a birthday present for my mother. The sales lady was friendly and helpful, informed me of the specials and made my shopping experience just wonderful. The store is well set up and I could find everything I wanted. My gift was wrapped beautifully too. I would definitely shop there again.

I got a voucher for this park, we got ride tickets and a family mini golf. The mini golf course has just been refurbished, 18 holes and we had a great time, fun for all ages. Lots of rides to choose from for all ages, merry go round, tea cups to bumper cars and bouncy castle. They have a kiosk with food and drinks and plenty of space for a picnic. An area with arcade games too. You can get birthday packages to hold your parties here too. Excellent value - you and your kids will have a blast@

We went here on Sunday looking for a specific size cake tin and a spatula. The young shop assistant was very helpful and went hunting out the back for the tin. Unfortunately they didnt have any in stock but the assistant gave us some ideas on using a larger size tin to get the size we wanted. We were shown a selection of spatulas and advised on which would be best for the purpose we needed it for. We bought the spatula. The customer service in this shop could not be faulted. The store is small but stocked really well it is crammed packed but tidy.

Went and did my grocery shopping today. Spud Shed always has great prices on meat, fruit & vegetables. The staff are so helpful, I had one staff member help me with some fruit and when I checked out the checkout staff member was so friendly but quick and efficient and she even packed my groceries as she scanned (usually you pack your own here) I then had a staff member approach me to collect my trolley in the carpark so I didn't have to wheel it back to the trolley bay myself. I got excellent customer service today was so impressed I had to come and write it down!

Ordered 2 Gluten free base pizzas online. The online ordering system is great so easy to use. The pizza arrived 5 minutes early for the time it was ordered for. The delivery person was friendly and the pizza was hot. Great pizzas with plenty of toppings, very happy with our meal.

I purchased a discount voucher to have my car serviced at a lower cost thinking it was a great deal ($89). Once they started working on my car they phoned us to say a couple of things needed work and we told them to go ahead. When it was time to pick up the cost was over $1000. Now I had expected more of a cost for the extra work but they had also gone and done work I had not authorised. The work done was quality and my car runs great but the shock bill at the end was not good.

We had a problem with spiders and ants. Arrived promptly on time, sprayed the whole yard and even my kids swing set which I thought was nice and thoughtful. Put dust in the ceiling. Quick and efficient - no spiders or ants anymore, Happy Customer
