I was ignored for half an hour after walking in on time for a booked appointment. Then after showing the hairdresser a picture of the exact cut i wanted, they cut my hair into something that only resembled the picture in length, and it didn't suit me at all. Ive had this style cut many times before by other hairdressers with reference to that same picture and ive been satisfied every other time. Also, the haircut felt like it took forever. Very disappointed with this service, there is lots of room for improvement. I wont be going back.
