Simone was very welcoming and friendly. She cut my hair exactly how I asked and after I made a second booking for a future cut and colour, I walked out a very happy customer with lovely fresh hair.

I received a Scoopon deal for my birthday for a haircut, full head of foils, treatment and blow dry.
The hairdresser who cut and coloured my hair was lovely, and for the first time ever, a hairdresser said to me that she wanted me to leave looking good (as well as happy, of course).
She was very patient with helping me select a colour for my hair (as I had never had my hair coloured at a salon before) and made sure the colour that I chose would suit me.
I have no idea what shampoo they use there, but it smells really good!

To make the deal even sweeter, I was given three $20 vouchers to go towards my next visits. I wasn't expecting that!

I walked away looking good and feeling good!

After reading the reviews online, I was very skeptical and a bit nervous as to how I was going to go. I phoned for a booking and was pleasantly suprised at the friendly service and flexibility in appointment times. On arrival, I was greeted warmly and was really pleased with the end result. My hairdresser was a little quiet (I don't like the overly chatty ones anyway) but delivered everything I asked for and even gave me some tips on styling at home. Overall, I was really happy with the result and will definately go back in the future.

I used a coupon and I couldn't get through on the phone to book the appointment on 4 occasions. The answering machine advised their open hours and I rang during the "open times" and ended up having to drive there to make the appointment. I arrived for my haircut and blowdry. The hairdresser was very pleasant. However, I only received some of the vouchers I was entitled to as the skin services had shifted out.

wow i have always had the best service there, i know the owner fell from going there so often now which is nice, i know that the micro dermabrasion and IPL is actually done by a seperate business within the salon and they are soon moving out of the salon, you should try them for hair and other services, they are brilliant, Rebecca

First time I had ever been to Sweet Lime Hair & Beauty and unfortunately it will be the last. I purchased a scoopon online and was excited to try something I had never tried before - microdermabrasion. I had been thinking about it for a while and when I saw the offer I jumped on it to try it at a fraction of the price and continue going there if I was happy.

The disappointment started when i called to make an appointment. I had let them know i had a scoopon first up as i know that is one of the terms. From then, i was treated rudely, like my appointment was more of a pain in the bum & like they were doing me a favour!

When I walked in for my appointment, the lady behind the desk just looked at me and I GREETED HER! I was running SIX MINUTES late. I told her I had an appointment at 3 and I was sorry to be running a tad late jokingly because I really didn't think it was that big of a deal. She said to me, well I don't know if we can fit you in because you are late. She then called over a co-worker and asked whether she would have time for me "even though she is running late" I felt so embarrassed and belittled for being late even though I had come from Seacliff and had gotten a little lost looking for their store.

The other woman who actually did the microdermabrasion was a lot nicer and said, “Yeah! But it just obviously may have to be cut short a little so I don't keep my next customer waiting.” Of course, I was fine with this. She seemed surprised that the woman would ask that? I guess, i was only 6 minutes late!
The lady behind the counter seemed annoyed that I had actually brought in a printed copy of my Scoopon (as the website tells you to) because that could have been another reason for her to knock me back.
I was happy with the service, and I will continue with microdermabrasion...but not from Sweet Lime Hair & Beauty! In fact, I noticed my scoopon was for 2 sessions, there is no way that I will go back to use that 2nd session!
Do not recommend at all.

I wouldn't go anywhere else for any of the services they provide.I always get my nails refilled and then my hair cut etc and they are always accommodating with lining up the appointment times etc. Owned and run by 2 sisters their opening hours are to enable just about everyone a convenient time to go there
