Sydney Car Wash Cafe

I went there for full detailing of a second hand car I bought. This place is horrible in all aspects: quality, cleanliness, staff attitude. The "cafe" part is anti-sanitary, and the restroom (two flights down via rusty metal stairs) is disgusting. The car wash quality is so bad that you will cringe: boot not vacuumed, soap streaks and puddles on the floor - all while they upsell you and then make you wait for 4+ hours. If you complain they would rudely dismiss anything. I went to Fair Trading NSW and NCAT, and got a local court order for money return, which is still outstanding (I'm considering my enforcement options). By the way, the business lied to Fair Trading dept that I "had problems with car paint". When I posted negative comments on their Facebook page, those were deleted. Stay away from this place and avoid buying "daily deals" coupons for their services.
