Ordered a take-away meal from them once. Delivery took more than an hour, and staff over the phone was unapologetic. We sent the order back, as we didn't want soggy bread and cold dishes. Got a refund from Menulog, and will not be going back.

Very good Thai place, prices are reasonable, and delivery is generally fast. They are quite busy, and I remember one time they forgot to bring us one of the ordered dishes -- well, they delivered a replacement in no time, that's what good attitude is!

My first choice for takeaway food for the whole family. Delivery is fast, and sometimes the food is so freshly hot that you've gotta be careful.

I asked Jeff from Car Care Chatswood to perform two car washed: one pre-sales detailing for a car I was going to sell, and one internal detailing for a second hand car I bought. Jeff responded fast, and he was very flexible with my schedule. He quoted the price upfront, and it was lower than the other business charged me and not delivered. The quality of Jeff's work was very good, and I will not hesitate to call him again when I need full detailing.

I went there for full detailing of a second hand car I bought. This place is horrible in all aspects: quality, cleanliness, staff attitude. The "cafe" part is anti-sanitary, and the restroom (two flights down via rusty metal stairs) is disgusting. The car wash quality is so bad that you will cringe: boot not vacuumed, soap streaks and puddles on the floor - all while they upsell you and then make you wait for 4+ hours. If you complain they would rudely dismiss anything. I went to Fair Trading NSW and NCAT, and got a local court order for money return, which is still outstanding (I'm considering my enforcement options). By the way, the business lied to Fair Trading dept that I "had problems with car paint". When I posted negative comments on their Facebook page, those were deleted. Stay away from this place and avoid buying "daily deals" coupons for their services.
