Today was my fourth time at Franck Provost Macquarie Centre, I initially came into this salon looking for a different hairdresser someone who really had a passion for hair and knew exactly what they were doing as my past experiences at other salons even some of the best in Sydney have not been upto the standard I would have expected. I have found an amazing hairdresser Anthony who is passionate and knows exactly what he is doing at Franck Provost. The team is friendly and welcoming and I won't be going to any other salons again! The team have strong hairdressing skills that you cannot find anywhere else in Sydney! I recommend Franck Provost to anyone who is looking for a committed and skilled team of hair stylists !

I have had my hair coloured here and few times and the results were amazing, no more yucky highlights.

For Crow's Nest and Macquarie Centre salons:

Visited Crow's nest in 2011 with voucher and I was attended to like a full paying customer. Taitaa was my hairdresser and I wanted to cut my hair really short at the time and he did a great job. I would have returned there but location was not convenient for me. Today I went to The Macquarie Centre salon. I was waiting for this shop to open a long time as I really liked the Crow's Nest experience. The gentleman who welcomed me (sorry I couldn't pronounce your name) seated me straightaway, served me with tea, lollies and water and placed a stack of magazines for me to read. The shampoo and head massage that followed was great and relaxing. Anthony did my hair cut and blow dry. He did an excellent style. The staff are courteous and salon clean. They have a cabinet to store bags for safety. Will definitely come back.

After reading the positive reviews on here I decided to give this salon a try and I am very glad I did! I went in for a cut and a full head of foils and a treatment. When I arrived at the salon I was warmly greeted and as I was a little early given a seat, a fresh stack of new magazines and someone got me a latte and a glass of water. What great service! All the staff smiled at me as I walked past. My hairdresser, Caroline was very nice and professional and had a chat with me about what I wanted. I am very happy with the end result, and have been getting compliments all weekend about my new haircut. I love how she styled my hair as I left the salon on Saturday. My hairdresser did not rush me and she really took the time to do the best job on my hair. This salon wasn't cheap - it was $320 for a cut, colour and treatment, which already included a $20 discount as I got a voucher from the website. But I think it was worth every penny!!
