We used them based on a recommendation 6 years ago and had a fantastic experience. Straight to the point and honest and we loved the fact they weren’t flashy just after the sale. We’ve since recommended them to at least 6 other sets of friends who’ve all had the same experience. Couldn’t recommend them highly enough.

The best pool builder in Sydney workmanship 20 out of 10 don’t bother looking else where use Sydney spa and pools.

Really bad operators, forgot to instal filter properly causing significant damage. Response was “sorry you’ll need to get someone to fix”

They are a family run business and have been extremely accommodating during my change in circumstances. I was recommended them by a friend who built a pool about 15 years ago and I would recommend them to any of my friends looking to build. They have gone above to help me out, even coming out a couple of times after it was finished to help me navigate the system.

You don't get a pushy sales guy with flashy marketing collateral, but what you do get is a genuine, established business who know what they're doing and will answer absolutely any questions you have in a timely manner.

not sure how they got previous reviews, quality was average to poor and didn't finish the work. They had no idea re certification and left me to deal with certifiers

Ilija built my inground pool about 7-8 years ago. He was easy to deal with and the result was better than expected.

If you want someone that is honest, professional & friendly, then Sydney Pools and Spas is the place to call. It's great they now have a website (albeit a farely basic one) as previously it was all word of mouth with each person saying how happy they were with the work (not like some other places)
