After 2 months still waiting for our blinds and customer service’s response is you just need to wait. Rude and arrogant and will not be using again.

Really bad operators, forgot to instal filter properly causing significant damage. Response was “sorry you’ll need to get someone to fix”

not sure how they got previous reviews, quality was average to poor and didn't finish the work. They had no idea re certification and left me to deal with certifiers
