Friendliest dentist and staff this side of the bridge! Dr Lee has done an amazing job fixing my teeth and grinding in my sleep issue. He is a bit of a perfectionist but I can't complain since that only means I'm in good care. The night guard he made has fixed my grinding issue and I don't have jaw pain when I wake up. Oh and a bonus - NO SURCHAGE ON AMEX!

The clinic is out of my way but worth the drive as I know I am getting the service and results I want.

I have been to a few dentists about my sensitive gums, I have had many opinions and treatments over the years.
I have been unhappy elsewhere so found Dr Lee online. I have been well looked after here and my gums are settling down with the careful treatment thank you Dr Lee and Clinical staff.

After my appointment last week with Dr Marcel Lee I found myself thinking why did I ever get nervous at the Dentists. He was welcoming and gentle.
His bedside manner was cheerful and knowledgeable. The staff were helpful and looked after me with a drink and a chat before and after my appointment.

Great experience. They managed very well even when they were one support staff down. There was a bit of a wait to start with but once things got going it was fine. Dr Lee is extremely knowledgeable. He is an expert in his field.

My experience at Sydney Smiles Dental has been excellent!

Dr Lee is one of those few dentists that can actually do what he says he can do. I have seen him several times now, as I am having a lot of complicated dental work done, but from my first visit he has shown himself to be a professional person who cares about his patients. He explains exactly what will happen and how he will do it, which I found reassuring.

Dr Lee's warm personality and practical knowledge of the latest techniques promotes the trust that is well deserved. He has proven his skills to me during my recent dental surgery which included: molds (for a temporary plate); tooth extraction; bridge modification (temporary); double sinus lift; and bone graft. Although a sinus lift is often a delicate procedure (I researched this beforehand), Dr Lee performed it smoothly, and even took the time out to show one of his newer dental assistants about the procedure, thereby adding to their professional knowledge.

In the next few months I will be having two teeth implanted and some other minor work done, and feel 100% confident that Dr Lee will do it well. He also took my financial position into account, as I only work casually, when working out his charges. He gave me a detailed costing of how much everything would be, and explained my other options and their costs, before any surgery took place. That gave me time to make my decision.

Finally, the office staff working for Sydney Smiles are very professional and friendly. Even when I was a little nervous, their warm smiles and caring personalities were reassuring. They always texted me a day or two prior to my appointments, to remind me, which I found helpful.

I would highly recommend Sydney Smiles for your dental work, whether it's a simple clean or a complex surgical procedure. Having experienced it, I know.

I visited this practice today as I have pains on one of the tooth which just had fillings two months ago. The previous dentist did not talk to me too much and after my filling done she went straight to next client. Only left her assistant to tell me that I should do a crown and the cost of it.
This practice is quite different. The reception is very nice and Dr Lee is also very nice and professional! He started by asking me what was the problem and then checked my tooth. He explained clearly to me what caused pain (even did the drawing) and what are the treatment options available and pros and cons of each. He also provided me with a treatment plan which detailing each treatment and cost. I decided to proceed with the root canal. As the pain is quite intense and sharp, Dr Lee even moved his schedule so I can start the root canal today. Very impressed with the overall service and treatment! Definitely a very nice ,caring and professional dentist who will treat you personally. I will recommend him to all my friends!
