If I could have given a negative star rating I would have. Tech guy was here for less than 30 min, charged $1078. I was told I would get a report I could use for insurance claim - just got an invoice but name was incorrect, address was mis-spelt, and useless jiberish on the so called "report". SAVE YOURSELF GRIEF AND MONEY AND USE SOMEONE ELSE!

Not a good experience at all, so many handyman can do this I made a bad choice in getting them to hang my TV. Was quoted $399 but cost $618 (included a wall bracket that was quoted between $80- $100 actually cost $169) I asked him for a senior discount and he took off the GST as it was cash

Then told him it was crooked and he then put his phone level on it and he said it was ok, I then called him to come back as it was 1 inch difference
He came back 1.5 weeks later and fixed it , he then asked me to give him a review which I said yes so he asked for my phone so he could put his address in then he did his own review before handing it back to me after deleting his address, oh he gave himself 5 stars

He didnt ask where it should be centred, drilled the bracket into the wall and is a foot off centre so completely noticeable. The sound bar is even worse as it is not at all in line with the TV and the cables are stuffed around the back so it sticks out. He was going to leave it at a sloping down angle until I pointed out I wasnt happy with it.

The above I would accept as me not managing him enough, the real kicker was that the cables for some of my connected devices were not long enough and this was only pointed out afterwards. When I said this should have been mentioned before determining the height I was told that it was "common sense".

There are cheaper and more customer-friendly options for mounting a TV on a wall. The fact they don't have Google Reviews should have been a warning sign.

What a great start to the New Year in otherwise gloomy virus times!
Our television signal went kaput on Thursday evening 30th December 2021. Do not think of phoning anyone else if you have an antenna problem. Robert and his team are simply the best! Efficient and prompt service on a PUBLIC HOLIDAY and at normal rates.
I phoned Robert on Friday afternoon 31st December to book an appointment, not expecting immediate attention. He promptly rearranged his skeleton staff to attend to our problem. I must add to complicate this we are reached by water access only!
So at 11.30 am on New Year's Day Joe arrived and by 1.00pm we had installed a new antenna system. He was efficient, thoughtful and considerate.
Huge thanks, Robert and Joe. Your service was beyond all expectations. Highly recommended to all of the Sydney area.

Got a general quote of $350 , then When the Tech arrives he quotes me around $700 and that's with a 30% discount so it would have been $1000 this was for a new Antenna and cable install, this was way to much for me to afford and declined that's when I get hit with a $140 bill for the tech to come out and check the issue , On there site it states No Call Out Fee so I guess the $140 was for the 7 minutes he was here

I asked if he could just replace the cable as it was broken but was told no I need a full install
