I was in a bit of a jam last year and needed some help in managing my life. A friend recommended this centre to me which I think if I didn't come across them my situation could be different. The counsellor I saw was the most gentle and kind and non judgmental woman. She helped me explore the depths of my troubles and after some time I had the strength and confidence to overcome my obstacles. I would recommend this service definitely. It's easy to arrange and appointment also.
