I went to this business to pay an account for a phone that couldn't be fixed but they still charged me for it, when I walked into the business not one employee acknowledged that I was even in the store, I waited 5 mins before leaving deciding to return after I finished other shopping. On returning was not acknowledged again but persevered as Telstra have been know to place black marks against people for less so I was then approached by a young man Brendan told him I would like to pay this account he looked it over and then rang another store and because the account was done from the other store he could not accept payment and I was told I would have to go to the other store and the other end of the city.... I was not impressed you would think with a company that large their systems would work together........... and all the staff there leave their customer service a lot to be desired
