I love this place. The tea is great the employees are friendly and welcoming.
Best of all I love the gift warps they have, they looked amazing. I once brought a gift for a friend and after seeing how insanely kool the gift wrap looked, I thought about buying something for myself just for that reason.
But it was time to close and I thought "next time".

Plus I love ️ the holy basil tea drink they have. It's good, refreshing and I have actually kept going back to the same store over and over, just to buy it off the freezer.

Recently they had some special sale of 10% and 15% for membe r pricing at T2. I managed to grab 2 of them- Chop Chip Chai and Caramel Pop infusion tea for a friend's birthday. They have given me 15% discount upon member card and another small box of Afternoon Sunrise Tea as a gift. Nice service and there is always free hot/cold tea for try outs.
Lovely place but it can be quite pricey for standard teas without discount.

The team at T2 chadstone are an amazing asset to the T2 brand, they are all amazingly helpful and knowledgable, they are always willing to help with suggestions, want to try something new they can and will help. This store has an amazing range, a massive amount of teas, tea pots, tea cups, and just any accessory you could need. T2 is on the expensive side however the product quality means that personally I find it fairly good value, plus with the amazing service it just makes you want to come back.

I find with T2, I do love the blends they offer, but everytime I go it is so busy and there are never enough staff to help. One of my favourite teas from there is the chai, it's light and delicious.

Love the products; gorgeous teas and beautiful teapots. Some of the infusers are a little delicate, but easy to use and easy to store. I always enjoy going there, but it's a bit pricey and service could improve.

I love the fact that they have a huge range of teas, and always have at least four available for tasting. You can find things here that you can't get anywhere else. As well as tea, they have teapots, cups, tea glasses, tea bombs and all those little accessories that any tea gourmand needs! I go here far too often...

at chadstone, t2 is next to the sushi place. its huge and spacious. there are tea which you can sniff, nice fragrants and staff are there to help you choose. there are samples which can be served hot or cold. the downside is its a bit expensive and the upside is there is a hug range
