Since i began with Take Steps P/T i have been amazed at my results. Pete is extremely dedicated to helping me achieve my goals. In four weeks my attitude has changed for the better so much and now i am seeing the results. Pete is an extremely committed, caring, and encouraging trainer. He challenges me to do better all the time. I would not have gained the results that i have in 4 short weeks without him...Totally recommend him....Cheers to Pete

I contacted Take Steps personal training because I was sick of wasting money on gym memberships that I didn't use. I needed someone to ‘kick me into gear' and keep me motivated.
Peter has kept me on track with my exercising and fitness goals. He is always very encouraging and gives positive feedback.
The sessions are always varied which means that you are never doing the same thing over and over again. The exercises are always challenging and I feel such a sense of achievement when I have finished.
I would highly recommend Peter and Take Steps Personal Training.

Take steps was just what I needed to kickstart a new lifestyle and to assist in helping reach my personal goals through a positive approach to personal training.
After only a few sessions I feel better about my self and know that I have the support of my trainer to help me achieve great success.

Approximate cost: $60 per session

I have been training with Pete since March 2011, I have never had a "trainer" before, only solo efforts at the gym, Pete can bring out your best each time, tracking of progress, logging goals etc.

The variety of workouts available also keep you on your toes, Pete will listen to what you like, but also build workouts that suit you and are getting results, no more doing the same workout day after day for zero results, I wont be going back to a gym.

So far I am well on my way to reaching my goal, fitness is so much better, 19kg lighter, and 15% less body fat, much better outlook on life, thanks to Pete's professional training, encouragement and friendship.

A great guy who will help get you where you want to be.

With having had no experience at all with personal training I was unsure of what to expect, But Pete made me feel relaxed and comfortable by adjusting stations to suit my level and as I have become better at each station they have been re adjusted accordingly. I started training with Pete since having my second child and needing a little extra help to get motivated to lose those extra bits. I love Monday Wednesday & Friday's training sessions with some mum's from school and I leave there feeling like I have accomplished something for me. Pete makes the experience welcoming by allowing me to bring bub's in the pram so it really fits in with me and what I need. Never in a million years would I of thought I would be someone to enjoy exercising and personal training sessions, but I feel great after doing them and with the motivation and encouragement from Pete it is all worth it !!

Peter has motivated me to get fit and eat well. I have had better results with Peter in a month than what I have had going to the gym for 6 months. Peter's positive attitude and approach to fitness is refreshing. He makes me feel comfortable and he always has great tips to keep me going.
I really enjoy my training sessions with Peter and I know that with his help and expertise that i will reach my weight loss goal.

Personalised service and flexible app times which fit into my busy lifestyle are so important to me.Without this i doubt that id still be turning up to pete twice week.
I look forward to my sessions as im achieving my fitness goals as well as feeling like i have some time for me.
Pete has a great sense of humour and a passion for me to suceed which gives you that extra bit of motivation
Excercise Variation and continual motivation are what keeps me coming back (As well as lots of laughs)

Making that first call to Take Steps was the best decision i could have made!

I decided to contact Take Steps Personal Training to help with my motivation and to improve my fitness levels. i was a member of a gym but found it so hard to stick with it, so I decided to try having regular "appointments" with a personal trainer that i would have to stick to.

Peter was great from the start, being flexible with times and making me feel welcome made a big difference to me actually doing it as i was quite nervous in the beginning.

You can see that Peter loves what he does and really cares about you achieving your goals. I have found Peter to be very knowledgeable in all aspects of health and fitness, it's not just the training sessions that are awesome, peter has also helped with my nutrition and made me see that fitness doesnt have to be a chore, it can be fun and interesting!. Now, instead of something I should do, my training sessions are something I look forward to.

I would not hesitate in recommending Peter as a Personal Trainer. Fantastic!

One of the best decisions I made was to pick up the phone and call Take Steps!
The Trainer, Peter, is a friendly and easy-going person that you can feel comfortable training with. (It's not an easy thing, to go and get sweaty and looking your worst in front of people!)

There is the option of doing Group Training with others or you can just have one on one Training in the comforts of your own home.

Peter also gives you hints and tips on good foods and healthy eating.
He makes training a fun and learning experience that you ENJOY!

Highly recommended to everyone!
