We have bought 3 new bikes and gear since March 2011, the service has been outstanding, we get greeted by name, Craig and Alicia are fantastic, they both really listen to what you want to do with your bike and advise on how to get the most out of it, we still have bikes from Stead that are 20 years old and going strong, they sell Great bikes that last, not as cheap as a Supermarket, but will last 100 times longer.

A great local business, we won't go anywhere else.

I have been training with Pete since March 2011, I have never had a "trainer" before, only solo efforts at the gym, Pete can bring out your best each time, tracking of progress, logging goals etc.

The variety of workouts available also keep you on your toes, Pete will listen to what you like, but also build workouts that suit you and are getting results, no more doing the same workout day after day for zero results, I wont be going back to a gym.

So far I am well on my way to reaching my goal, fitness is so much better, 19kg lighter, and 15% less body fat, much better outlook on life, thanks to Pete's professional training, encouragement and friendship.

A great guy who will help get you where you want to be.
