Love this place! The food is exceptional and so cheap for what you get! You can choose a variety of meals by choosing half-sized dishes. Also I highly recommend the iced green tea latte. You order through the ipads on the walls but service is still exceptional, with very friendly staff

Love the food, and the service but not the value.

We paid close to 15 dollars for a lunch menu, although the taste was up there, portion didn't really make up for the 15 dollars. Considering you could grab a Chinease lunch deal at 12~13 dollars with a drink.

However if you're after 'good tasting' 'quality' food for extra couple of dollars. Then I'd recommend Takeru !

I love how fast the orders come out. a dollar or two off the menu would make me ultra happy though.

One of the more inexpensive Jap restaurants around. Lunch combos at 12.90-14.90? is a bargain with the quality of the food. Loving this place and have been there a couple of times with friends and all of them loved it :)

I love how the touch screens really let you take your time in choosing what you want. I also like their half dishes, which are great for afternoon snacks.

Takeru has always been a nice, informal and family oriented place to dine. The service is fast and friendly, and the menu choice is fresh and healthy. I always return to Takeru when I'm unsure what I feel like, however plan on a fast and healthy meal.
