Taki Sushi is a great a little gem Rundle Place. Often stop in for lunch or the late afternoon specials. Really nice Sushi and the girl is always friendly to me

Just a standard sushi place. Went here for lunch with the work team and while everyone else seemed to avoid the place, I was keen for sushi. What I had wasn't bad, but I can see why they didn't bother with this one.
And leave alone the ordering. You'll be best with the pre made stuff.

Chinese people making Japanese food, it's like saying Australian people specialising in Greek food, It doesn't make sense.
I went up to them thinking they were Japanese, ordered a eel bento box which they didn't have on the menu, but said they would do it for us specially for a premium price. Paying close to $20 for eel and rice I was expecting something fantastic. How disappointed I was. Eel was virtually non existent and the taste was as unauthentic if a Caucasian was making it. No disrespect meant to any Caucasians.
We should have expected it, as we heard them speaking Chinese, but we wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt. Obviously never going there again.
