Poor old computer died! Andy of Tame That Computer fame explained what had happened in simple layman terms, bottom line I needed a new computer. Options, costs explained, I gave him the go ahead and I had a complete new system up and running the next day, with no hidden costs which is rare these days.

A couple of little hickcups during setup at home, a quick phone call to the team at Tame That Computer and all was sorted.

Had a computer built to my specs. Every possible option was openly given with pros and cons honestly explained. Best parts at lowest prices, with extras thrown in; saved about $400. Fantastic value for money. Best customer service ever. Extremely knowledgable and competent staff.

Motherboard replaced due to faulty capacitors. Board replaced at much lower cost than priced elsewhere. Ready over night. No problems. Great friendly service. Always fun to enter the store.

my computer died, i took it to tame that computer and they diagnosed my problem and it was a hardrive issue. i then discovered that my laptop was still under warranty and even though they had it for a day working on it there was no charge. They also backed up my all my data so when my hardrive was replaced they put it back on at no cost, and updated my software. very happy with the service.

i love this place had 3 computer in there this last week, had workshop cleanup's, more memory and a new dvd burner in one, a fast day service great prices and advice and a good laugh with the guys.

Our computer died ...but has been revived by Andy and his team.in less than 8 hrs. Dropped it off at 8.00am picked it up at 3.00pm good as new.Great customer service ,price for replacing motherboard excellent .We would not go anywhere else as there experience in the computer field is A1. Also parking available at the front door ..so no lugging the heavy thing too far.

After being referred to Andy and his business I refuse to go anywhere else. He is kind, welcoming and he knows what hes doing. He took about 5-10 min looking at my computer and could tell me things about it that i thought i knew. He showed me all the hidden viruses i had and suggested a few programs that can be downloaded online free. so far these programs have helped me alot.

We had our PC repaired after it was infected by a virus. The service was quick and efficient and without fault. I also found the business owner to be at the point of sale, warm and welcoming. I then found my PC to be infected for a second time within Two months and within 10 minutes of fronting to the business they had it repaired yet again FOC and without question. He also found the time to discuss with me the options that I have available to me to improve my IT capability in the home. Thanks and i will be back again.

We replaced our 11 year old computer with a new one and,as we are both pre-babyboomers,we had a lot of problems setting it up. The team worked with us to solve our problems and, after some mistakes on both sides, the results are more than satisfactory. I have referred friends to Andy in the past and wouldn't hesitate to do so again.
