I started using Andy at Tame that computer a few years ago on a recommendation from a friend. Since then I have passed on Andy's details to many work associates and friends myself. The team provide a wonderful service to businesses and personal customers.
My latest dealing was the purchase of a new PC. I require a specific type of C for my work, Andy quickly checked out the video card and Ram requirements to make his recommendations. I now have a fantastic new PC at a much lower cost than expected !!! Delivery was super fast - we spoke Saturday morning, confirmed the order Monday and I was sent a message Tuesday afternoon telling me it was ready to pick up !!! The PC was built to the required specifications so it wasn't an off the shelf order.
Will continue to use this business and recommend Tame that Computer to any with a problem or needing a new PC.

We had two computers, one for a service, the other was "hanging". The service was brilliant, nothing is too much trouble and they make you feel special. We have been going to them for years and never had a bad experience with them. Would recommend them whole heartily

I purchased my computer from Tame that Computer in October last year. Recently it was infected with a virus so after phoning Andy for help he connected remotely to my computer and expertly got rid of it for me.
Nothing was a problem to Andy during our phone calls and he was always helpful and patient with my questions. As they give a 12 month hardware and software warranty on new computers this was all done free of charge.
I would highly recommend Tame that Computer to anyone for their computer needs.
From complete computer crash with worm virus Andy and excellent staff retrieved the data I needed.
Later there was a hiccup and had some software issues... Andy good to his word repaired it under warranty. It was excellent service and computer has been running well ever since.

Brought my old computer in as it had had a major failure. (Not bought at this business). Was over 7 years old and was ready for retirement and I was considering buying a new machine sooner than later anyway.
I had shopped around and searched several online providers, however I kept coming back to the favoured site, Tame that Computer.
The quality of the product, quality of the service, and support in getting the best system for my use is unquestionable. I wish there were more service providers out there to give that good old fashioned, genuine service in the way Andy and his team have provided.
I thoroughly recommend this business to anyone - They know what they are doing and it doesn't cost an arm and a leg. Well done Andy - Cannot fault you.
Andy built me a desk top computer with tower almost 3 years ago. I am still very happy with this computer it meets all my needs and he customised it for me. I have recently had it serviced, even though it is running well. I also purchased a wifi modem which I am also happy with.

just had my computer fix its under warrenty ,this was done very quickly a couple of days, no charge to have done, true to to his word this is the best warrenty going covers all parts and labour no cost thank you Andy AND TEAM.
I have been going to Tame That Computer for about 6 years now and have found that Andy , Ben and Trevor are always there for the customers .Nothing is too hard for them to do .
I have recommended them to other friends and they are also very pleased with what they have done for them, I will continue to recommend Tame That Computer .

My business purchased a new computer system. The service was out standing! From the time I rang and told Tame That Computer what we needed, till the time the new package was installed was only 2 days. They also transferred all of our files from the old hard drive to the new one. The after sales service as well as the remote services was also outstanding. I have found Tame that Computer, that nothing is too hard for them to do for their customers and the staff is exceptionally friendly. Andy the owner is a great guy, he was there to take calls from a member of my staff very early (7.30am) of a morning, no-one else I know has done that in the past. I will recommend Tame that Computer to any-one without hesitation! The price was better than any where else for what I needed!

We're really putting an emphasis on service contracts this year. $250 per computer gets all labour unconditionally free on any one machine we've made (this is of course free for the first year). This includes remote support and any work needed at the workshop in Kurri Kurri. Better than paying for everything piecemeal.
I had my computer built there. Had my services performed and anything else that needed doing goes straight to Andy at Tame that computer. Highly recommend the whole team. They are great fun and very professional.

We've been through a few confusing problems together and got them all sorted. Computers can be confusing and the problems hard to describe, but with a little time and communication it all works out in the end.

Tame That Computer built me a really nice new gaming system with all the bells and whistles!
After I explained to Andy at Tame That Computer what I wanted to use a new computer for, he made some recommendations and gave me specs, warranty and a price so I could compare them with quotes I had from other suppliers.
Unlike numerous computer sales people I've dealt with in the past, Andy never at any time tried to convince me that I needed a better system than the one I was looking for or sell me "add-ons".
I shopped around but couldn't find anyone that came close to Tame That Computer's friendly service, quality of components, warranty, value for money or speed of build.
Andy had a similar spec PC in his shop at the time which he very kindly demonstrated and let me test to my hearts content - something I have never experienced during many previous PC and laptop purchases.
I was impressed with Andy's wealth of computer knowledge and decided I would rather spend my money on a good looking machine that was built and tested properly, didn't come with a bag full of unwanted trial software and was backed by an excellent warranty and after sales service which is second-to-none!
I was told that it may take two or three days to procure the parts, build, install software and test my new PC for me.
Pleasantly Surprised, I received a call from Andy the following day - he informed me that my new computer was ready to go!
I can't praise Andy and his staff at Tame That Computer enough - they really go out of their way to look after their customers.
Purchasing a new computer system from Tame That Computer was a wonderful experience for me, it far exceeded my expectations and I was treated like a real person, not just someone to extract money from.
I would gladly recommend Andy and his staff to anyone having computer problems or looking to purchase a new system.

Personally, I hate doing hinge repairs, but Ben and Trevor (our top technicians) are fantastic at them. One of these days, I'll have to put up a little film of them doing it - it's so fiddly, but well worth it to save a good computer from the scrapheap.

Lovely to get a pat on the back. The lads work their heads off at the benches, often on six or seven computers at the same time and they still manage to be understanding. The key thing for us as computer experts is to remember that we know nearly nothing about anything else. Makes it easier to relate to our customers.

I should get you to write something for our next leaflet drop! Yeah, we open long hours. With a bunch of kids, we have to work pretty hard to keep all the plates in the air (and on the table), but it is good to deal with so many decent folks.

Complicated software installations like yours take a bit of fixing sometimes, but we got there together in the end. It's good to engage the expertise of the customer in these situations and you certainly helped in providing decent error messages and information about the faults.
I have been using Andy for several years now and during that time he has build 5 complete system and done several upgrades for me and my family as well as building systems for my friends on my recomendation.
I wouldn't buy systems from anyone else , great service , great advice and excellent price .

Yeah, the remote service through Teamviewer certainly saves a lot of hassle for people who would otherwise have to bring the computer to the shop. It's been a real time saver for us, too - we can only work on 24 computers at a time in the workshop!

We love stamping on viruses and remove several hundred a day, sometimes thousands. Little blighters get in despite the best security sometimes, due to out of date Flash, Acrobat Reader, Java and other background programs, which is why we recommend annual servicing during which we do the absolute lot.
Wirelessly set up my printer to my laptop( this was done for free because I am a longtime customer and I bought the laptop from the business) and have my desktop computer given a full clean up. Great results. Everything works perfectly. Thanks once again to Andy and his boys.

Been a lot of fun working through your questions - you've got a knack for coming up with things I don't know, but we get there in the end. If there's one thing a computer technician needs to be good at, it's learning new things (hourly).

just had to pay my warrenty for 12 months protection so easy to do ,updates and soft ware protection all in one price and Andy backs his work
My antivirus program had expired so I asked Andy for help to reinstall it. He did this remotely and also gave my computer a service and was ready to do this within an hour of my phone call. Andy is always so swamped with work but manages to have time for my little problems whenever I call. I could never imagine going to anyone else and have recommended Andy's business to several friends and now they are hooked and won't go to anyone else. Well done Andy.
