The tandoori mixed platter, veg pakora and onion bhaji are the way to start your delicious meal with these guys. Every thing is cooked to perfection, so full of delicious flavours but not overwhelming, truly authentic meals. We have eaten in a couple of times but most recently had take out after a day at Victor. Service was friendly and our order was ready within 20 minutes which gave us a little more time to look around. The lamb rogan josh and beef vindaloo are our favourites.

We have family visiting us from interstate at the moment and thought it would be nice to take them to Victor for the day. We found the Tandoori Cafe to be the perfect place for us to enjoy a meal. We shared many entrees with our favourite being the tandoori chicken, so delicious and authentic, couldn't get enough of it, we had to ordered another serving. We all loved their garlic naan and the chicken and beef vindaloos were very popular, they were nice and hot as well as flavoursome. The butter chicken is always a must when I order indian and their's was fabulous. A great family outing.

Picked up some take away for my family whilst on my way home, always reliable authentic meals here. I ordered the mixed entree platter which was value for money at $12, the 'Hot" been vindaloo was delicious, perfect amount of heat. The lamb korma and chicken madras was enjoyed by all. Fabulous food and very quick service, will definitely be returning.

I decided to pick up some indian takeaway for my family last week as it is a favourite. This is a very nice cafe/restaurant offering authentic tasty indian cuisine. Our takeaway portiions were very generous, our meals really flavoursome, I would have to say up there with the best. Prices are about average at $15+. They also offer vegetarian meals and have a kids menu. Out of all the meals I purchased for the family I would have to say the Vindaloo was my favourite, it was perfect, nice and hot. Chicken tikka came in second. The meals were enjoyed by all and my wife and I will be dininig in next time we are in Victor Harbor.

With my husband working in the Victor Harbor area at the moment we came across this Indian Cafe and decided to have a family get together here.

We usually order take away from the other indian restaurant but thought we would give them a try. I have to say we were very impressed, very nice dining area with pleasant indian music playing. The service was very friendly and helpful with suggestions, but we already knew what we were going to order.

We started with a mixed platter which was fabulous and then my husband and son ordered the HOT vindaloo and our other son ordered the Lamb Rogan Josh and I stuck with the delicious butter chicken. A must have with our meals was their roti and garlic naan. Our meals were absolutely fabulous, very tasty. The vindaloos were hot the way they love them, we all thoroughly enjoyed our meals and will be back. Serving sizes were quite large and with the price being around $15 per meal, excellent value.

Definitely recommend you try them.

Approximate cost: $15
