So far we’ve been pretty happy with Tangerine. We connected to the nbn last week & to start off with it was slow but I called to speak to a technician & she fixed it within 10 mins

After years of having ISPs which really don't care about their customers and only want to make a big profit, I've found that Tangerine has outstanding customer service and technical support, as well as competitive pricing for NBN connections. My connection through them went really smoothly and I was very impressed with their short phone wait times and the expertise and friendliness of their support staff.

Happy with these guys. NBN up and running nice and quickly and good speeds. Recommended. Managed to use my own modem so all good. No set up fee and no contract.
