Target Dubbo is such a great store! I find that staff are always friendly and can help me with anything I have problems with. They always have great percentage off sales too. Their clothing is especially great quality - I have jumpers that have lasted me years and I find their kids clothes can be passed on three or four times as they just don't seem to wear out as quickly as other kids clothes. Plenty of space to park undercover there too. Highly recommended as a great place to shop for all your clothes, shoes, homewares, toys, electrical, home entertainment, cosmetics and more!!!

Nice clothes for the seasons, good service by all staff, have never had a problem finding someone to help me find something, has good savings on most times.

I travelled 100 kls to purchase a catalogue item that has started the day before only to be told that they didn't have any and they probably didn't come in.
Asked if I could get a rain check and was told no rainchecks on that item.
I did argue that it would only mean if they had sold out but still made no difference.
At the checkout I told the woman what had happened and she was no help either.
She informed me that sometimes advertised stock doesn't always come in and I could keep ringing them to find out if it did.
Also found out when I arrived home I was overcharged on an item.
This happens regularly at Target Dubbo so I made an online complaint and received a $20 gift voucher and was told staff would be better trained.
This is mis-advertising and I would love to be a mystery shopper in that store as service is non-existant.
