I travelled 100 kls to purchase a catalogue item that has started the day before only to be told that they didn't have any and they probably didn't come in.
Asked if I could get a rain check and was told no rainchecks on that item.
I did argue that it would only mean if they had sold out but still made no difference.
At the checkout I told the woman what had happened and she was no help either.
She informed me that sometimes advertised stock doesn't always come in and I could keep ringing them to find out if it did.
Also found out when I arrived home I was overcharged on an item.
This happens regularly at Target Dubbo so I made an online complaint and received a $20 gift voucher and was told staff would be better trained.
This is mis-advertising and I would love to be a mystery shopper in that store as service is non-existant.
