I was tricked, cheated and forced to pay for services and goods I did not order, and did not take delivery of, the repair was poor, overpriced, and not new parts despite charging and receipting them as new, and did not last the warranty period, There were pups running loose in the shop, no respect or courtesy. Thank heavens that Mastercard refunded the extra machine I was charged for, leaving me with just the excessive service charge and delivery fees. It was still over $300 for the repairs and charges. I had been a customer for 26 years. I am now an ex customer.
