When you can buy in bulf, this place saves you a bundle and the cut of the beef is always really good. I like the layout of the shop, its really wasy to find everything, its well set out and very clean. When you buy small quantities its not as well priced but still a lot better than the supermarkets and most importantly its all good quality.

Tasman Meats is cheap but not nasty (at least, not all the time...). They also do other products like eggs, drinks, veg etc at good prices. Make sure you carefully inspect what you are buying - I once bought lamb shanks that still had some fur/wool/whatever you want to call it on the end, which I thought was a little bit not-quite-right. Generally however the quality is good and its certainly at the right price. Its easy to fall into the trap of purchasing in bulk though, as the selection is huge, so be warned.

Direct to public meat wholesaler. Very Cheap! and great quality, they don't use preservatives and also sell in bulk, there is also a fresh fruit & veg produce section in there too. So impressed with this place - if you eat a bit of meat you'll save a small fortune!!

The meat is always fresh and the prices are fantastic. Staff are friendly and always willing to help out should you require meat for an occasion or function. Nice clean, big store. It's definitely worth a visit.

I have bought meat from here a few times always with dissappointing results. The cuts of meat are cheap and nasty and that is why they were cheap. Grisle and fat is hidden on the underside of the packaging. Sometimes you just get what you pay for.

They have a very good range of hormone and chemical free King Island meat at a very reasonable price. They also have an on site butcher so you can purchase smaller amounts of meat rather than the larger bulk trays.

Tasman has a huge variety and reasonably priced fresh quality meat. Their store also has party food, deli meats, eggs, and much much more. Recently had a BBQ with meat from Tasman and compliments from all our guests on how good the meat was, so definitely worth a visit to Tasman!
