I asked for a "smallish bin to put gardening waste in" they delivered a canvas bag, then wouldn't take it because it was "too full" - essentially the amount i ended up putting in the bag, I could have put in my own council rubbish bin - for FREE! What a waste of money and time! Slow service, terrible customer service. Never again.

I've been using bale away for about 4 years i guess & I'm very happy with the service that they provide. They deliver a large wool bale bag to you with a frame to support it & you fill it with any organic garden waste, grass clippings & general yerd scrap. they come & empty the bag once a month but if it doesnt need removing they leave it till the next month. This costs $20 each time they leave a new bag

bale away is such a great help. they take all my weeds and rubbish and the young man is so friendly.it is only 20 dollars and they only empty it when it is full. it saves us doing a lot of tip runs.

i had a bale away bag for a few year, it was good for a while but then they got lazy and didn't pick it up in on time, in the end we had to ring them all the time to have it replaced.

i have a bale away bag for a few years now. they are very convenient. The staff deliver the bags to your house and put it where you want it and they come back every month to empty it. If it is only half full when they come back they will ask you if you want it taken or left for another month. They only cost $20 to have which i think is really cheap. the bags are quite big and you can basically put anything in them. The staff are friendly and very well mannered
