Did my tax return 2weeks ago, my re bate entitlements was promised the other half of return in 5days 2weeks later i'm still waiting i wouldn't recommend this service to anyone considering the amount of money you have to pay it just isn't worth being messed around.

Made appointment. Got there half an hour early, expected to have to wait that time. Was over an hour wait after the time of my appointment which was 9.30am. How they were that far behind by then baffled me. My partner went in for a same day return. Was put on the "5 day list" - went back in on the 5th day after having tried to get hold of them multiple times. Left messages and no one called back. We were then told that it would be 12-14 days. Minimum return possible for my tax. Very unhappy with their service.
