We bought a property from the agent. The manager was really efficient and nice to manage our inspection -- we did four inspections before reaching an agreement at four different time points, workday afternoon, weekend morning and afternoon.
The other team members were okay though could not provide valuable information.
We basically like this family-run business, and my wife is willing to ask them to manage our investment property someday.
