Nice to find someone who goes the extra mile to help and I would not hesitate in recommending Techbug. My computer crashed on a weekend and I needed it desperately for what I was doing. I used my phone to find someone to fix my problem and contacted Techbug expecting the worst price wise being the weekend. Not at all, Ru was definitely a breath of fresh air. His price was a pleasant surprise. He is professional and friendly and knows his stuff. He even picked me up (I had no car) and helped me buy a new laptop after working out mine was well past its use by date and no parts would be available for it. I am one of those who can do what I need to do on a computer but if something is too Technical I am lost. Do yourself a favour and contact Techbug next time you have computer problems. As a new customer i am impressed with the communication, you explain stuff in a way that a PC Dummy can understand.
