On Thursday 23rd May 2024 I purchased a AMD Radeon HD 8490 – Graphics Card 1 GB for $15. When I received it on Wednesday 12th June 2024 I installed it in the Dell OptiPlex 9020 SFF but after installing Windows 11 it kept flicking so I was unable to continue using Windows 11 so on Thursday 13th June 2024 I asked for a refund and I received it on Thursday 20th June 2024. I would avoid buying that Graphics Card from them because they say it is refurbished when it is clearly don't working so I would stay well clear of this fraudulent company.
