I placed an order online. Payment taken immediately but no advice as to when I would get the item. After 2 weeks I cancelled order but they sent it 4 days later. I returned it to sender and am still waiting for refund after 3 weeks.

Placed order on internet after phone confirmation of availability of stock.
It is now 2 weeks since payment and there has been nothing but conflicting status on delivery. It has been impossible to contact them on the phone. Request to cancel the order and refund payment has not had a response in 4 days.
I have made a complain to my bank and Department of Fair Trading.

recently bought a phone from these guys and had no problems at all.I know someone who had to go back because they had to get something corrected and they said afterservice care was great

well i have used this person twice now i have got two phones very the years and im very happy with the both of them they offer good service and good comunication a great service if looking for a new phone at a good price
