I found Telecube when looking for a 1300 provider in Feb 2010. The prices offered were significantly less than any of the other companies I had found. I contacted the company and discussed my phone needs which they were easily able to accommodate. I signed up and have never looked back. Not only is the price excellent, the service has been fantastic. I have emailed and called them for advice on several occassions to ask about other aspects of our business's phone needs. They have also been really responsive and provided information that I could easily understand. We are now in the process of setting up an IP phone system that will use their virtual PBX services. They have been exellent in providing information, options and suggestions about how to go about this.

I have also found that the web based user interface is really easy to use. We need our 1300 number to answered at different locations based on the time of day. This can be set up easily, and changed at any time. Other companies charge extra for these types of services but with Telecube it is free.

I highly recommend these guys.

We moved our business's 1300 number over from another provider to Telecube and have been very happy with the service and the system. Telecube's rates are much cheaper than we were previously paying, plus we can change the answering location instantly online, without incurring any fees. We also can specify call overflow, so if the primary answering location doesn't pickup after a user defined number of seconds, then the call will be diverted to another number. It can even be diverted to a 3rd number too, although we haven't used this.
The other thing I like is that we can either have the caller id of the customer showing up on our phone, or we can manually set a caller id for each 1300 number. Manually setting the number works well for us as we have several 1300 numbers being answered in the one location, so we can see which number the customer dialled.
I believe that telecube also offer basic PABX services, but I haven't used these at all.
