I needed a new antenna installed asap
Service was very prompt same day service on a freezing rainy day.
Technician was very polite and friendly and ensured my tv was working after he had installed antenna on the roof.
I have no reservations at recommending the technician RYAN and would not hesitate to call again if needed.

We had issues with our samsung tv they put us in touch with telefix who thanks to "Katie" the receptionist who was an absolute Legend so helpful with the process could not fault her customer service ,pity the off shore call centre couldn't be has helpful. cheers Katie much appreciated,

Deplorable service. No communication and when I do call they lie to me. Had to use them as they do the LG warranty repairs. 2 weeks without hearing from them I call and they say parts are ordered it will be looked at in 2 days. I call back a week later and they say someone is looking at it tomorrow. I call 2 days later and they say someone is looking at it tomorrow, I say that's what you said 2 days ago! They have nothing to say except a deadpan apology. Makes me think the poor receptionist has to try to cover up their lies and apologise often. I wanted to talk to a manager, but no one was available. I shouldn't have been surprised. I am very disappointed and frustrated with Telefix to say the least. Avoid if possible.

For insurance reasons we needed someone to come to our house and give us a quote for the repair of our tv. We could not believe how much it cost, "$295" for a quote, this included their return trip and $40 to type the quote, which by the way was just a form filled in, hardly any details really. It least it only took 3 days for it to be emailed to us. And fortunately, as our insurance company requested this they will be refunding the ridiculous $295.

If you live in the Adelaide Metro area they do free pick up and delivery, just not where we live and I can understand that, but still the price is too much.

The serviceman that came out was very friendly and even seemed embarrassed by the cost, but was happy to take our money.

Have had very poor service from this business and am still waiting to get my television back! They initially indicated that it would be fixed before Christmas and agreed to deliver it back to our house, but this did not happen and they didnt even make contact to explain why. Since chasing them up, they do not expect it to be fixed for another month and it's going to be more expensive than first thought. Not impressed.
