Good business because there are lot of staffs come to customer to avoid the customer waiting too long however they are too busy with the phone they have to deal with for the customer i do not like that way ... so overall is good but the price is not that cheap than many other competitve however they products are good.

I went into Telstra asking about a new usb Internet connection. The one i had was old and i wanted update. I also needed a external ariel to connect to this to use when i went bush. They told me they don't stock the Ariel at the store. I told them i had seen it advertised on their web site. I was told they would not look into it for me and if i wanted a better one for the bush pay $350 or they could not help me any more

Quality with Telstra is never in question when it comes to products but as we all know service on the phone is another question but also service in store at there Cannington store was absolutly horrible. I stood there for a good 10 minutes at the desk waiting for someone to help me. I don't mind waiting if I can see they are busy but talking in the back room where I can see them just annoyed me. When I was finnally seen to the woman was very abrupt. I could tell my bussiness was not wanted. Very Dissappointed.

Went in to get some advice about my mobile phone and waited around for nearly fifteen minutes before I was even approached only to be told they couldn't help me as they didn't have stock of the car charger I was looking for. Suggested I try another telstra store elsewhere. Considering I explained that I lived over two hours away couldn't they just see which store held what I needed. The woman looked so peeved that I told her not to worry about it

up dating to the latest appleI phone after having problems with an exsisting phone. Service was great and would recomend themto friends. The reason i changed phones was because of a lot of trouble with international roaming whilst i was over in New zealand recently

I spent 45 min waiting to be served, staff were with other customers, or on computers or out the back, appearing every now and then to make a phone call at the front desk then disappearing out the back again. What a waste of time!

Shopping at Telstra has always been a test of endurance. Most times we have waited in excess of one hour to be served. This makes the visit really quite unpleasant.
