I went in to the shop before lunch and was not served for approx 30 minutes, the service i received was terrible and the attitude of the staff like i was interrupting them.
Needed my mobile phone unlocked. As it was on contract, it should not have been locked. After phone calls and emails to Telstra, could not get it resolved, absolutely frustrating! Went into this store and spoke to Josh, he had it fixed in less than 5 minutes. Great service from a man who knew what to do.
