The manager at Adelaide was the most efficient in the Car Rental business I have come across, even pointed out where the navigator (GPS) could be legally mounted.
Can't believe the service level, or lack of it. Went to the inquiry counter to find a product and was told "Go down one of the isles and find someone who can help", I thought the inquiry counter was it! On leaving the store I picked up and filled in a feedback form and gave my email and phone number, but was never contacted. Customer service? I don't think so!
Needed some paint, finishes and advice. Marie is the lady to see! She knows about paint, finishing products and service. I find this a rare attribute for Bunnings stores. Good one Marie.
A great little place for a coffee and cake. The two of us had a coffee and fruit toast, both of which were great. The fruit toast was amazing and the cost very small. Fruit toast an extra 50 cents with a great coffee. Even the coffee was only $3.00. All in all a great coffee stop with great service.
Needed to know why my wireless modem wasn't working properly in this location, it worked fine in Scarborough. They pointed me in the right direction then solved my problem seamlessly, quickly and proffesionally.

Needed my mobile phone unlocked. As it was on contract, it should not have been locked. After phone calls and emails to Telstra, could not get it resolved, absolutely frustrating! Went into this store and spoke to Josh, he had it fixed in less than 5 minutes. Great service from a man who knew what to do.
Counter staff totally disinterested, talking amongst themselves, serving customers out of order. Specifically ordered drink "No Ice". Delivered ice, reiterated "No Ice". Changed drink without a word, not interested.

Every time I buy a coffee or a meal the service is friendly and prompt. A real eye opener with customer service at its best. So many other cafes and businesses could learn from these guys. Oh, and the coffee and food is excellent!
